About Event

The 2018 conference addresses a crucial theme of our times: ‘Gender, post-truth, populism, and pedagogies: challenges and strategies in a shifting political landscape’. We invite you to take part in the discussion, exploration and debate about the ways that knowledge, authority, truth, power, and harm are resurfacing and require deep, collective and sustained feminist intervention. The conference will bring us together to explore key questions such as: what does it mean to be pedagogical in a post-truth landscape? How might feminist scholars work to intervene in this environment? Please do join us as we plan this exciting event – we also welcome your reflections and ideas and we will create different platforms for this as we move towards conference 2018
