Call for PhD Forum Submissions!

Are you a Ph.D. student working on a research topic related to computer science, engineering, or technology? Do you want to showcase your work, get feedback from experts, and network with peers and potential employers? If yes, then you should consider submitting your work to the PhD Forum, a special track of the International Conference on Computer Science, Engineering, and Technology (ICCSET) 2024.

What is the PhD Forum?

PhD Forum is a platform for PhD students to present their research progress and challenges, and to receive constructive comments and suggestions from the conference attendees. The PhD Forum also provides an opportunity for PhD students to interact with other researchers, practitioners, and educators in their field, and to explore the latest innovations and trends in computer science, engineering, and technology.

Who can submit to the PhD Forum?

PhD Forum welcomes submissions from PhD students at any stage of their research, from proposal to completion. The submissions should be in the form of extended abstracts, not exceeding four pages, that describe the research problem, motivation, objectives, methodology, results, and contributions of the work. The submissions should also include a brief biography of the PhD student, their affiliation, and their supervisor’s name and email address.

How to submit to the PhD Forum?

Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of experts, who will select the best ones for presentation at the PhD Forum. The selected submissions will be published in the conference proceedings, and the authors will be invited to give a poster presentation at the PhD Forum session. The authors will also receive a certificate of participation and a chance to win the Best PhD Forum Paper Award.

The deadline for submitting the extended abstracts is January 15, 2024. The submissions should be made through the conference website or the EasyChair system. The authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their submissions by February 15, 2024. The authors of the accepted submissions will be required to register for the conference and pay the reduced registration fee for PhD students.

When and where is the PhD Forum?

PhD Forum will be held as part of the ICCSET 2024, which will take place on April 10-12, 2024, in New York, USA. The ICCSET 2024 is a premier event for researchers, practitioners, and educators in the fields of computer science, engineering, and technology. The conference will feature keynote speeches, invited talks, technical sessions, workshops, tutorials, and exhibitions, covering a wide range of topics and applications.

Why should you participate in the PhD Forum?

PhD Forum is a great opportunity for PhD students to showcase their research work, get valuable feedback, and network with the experts and peers in their field. It is also a chance for Ph.D. students to learn from the best practices of higher education in other countries and bring back valuable insights for the improvement of the Indian education system. If you are interested in participating in the PhD Forum, do not miss this chance and submit your work today. You may be one of the lucky ones to present your work at the ICCSET 2024.
